6.0This place is decent management needs to focus on communication. I texted them though Hotels.com, I rarely receive response. I asked for breakfast to be packed it was not ready and had to leave without Brekafast. No wifi password written anywhere in villa, No iron stand. Property is clean and very close to airport so it’s a benifit.

6.0Cleanliness wasn't as good as it could possibly be. Towels were not always clean, even after laundering (make up, foot prints and dirt left behind). Would have to ask for additional towels for pool, hand, kitchen, etc. We were there for 10 days, pool water was never checked. Just a couple of chlorine blocks thrown in when we arrived and filter pump wasn't even turned on. Breakfast wasn't ideal, scrambled egg was a chopped up fried egg. Not sure where bottled water came from, but one day was topped up from the kitchen tap. Concierge wasn't helpful, first night in dark sent us out to main road to walk in traffic and maybe find a taxi. No taxi's to be hailed. Found out two days later about Blue Bird app and then was able to organise our transport. Same concierge told us we couldn't extent our check out time. Asked for manager who arranged for us.

10.0The villas are down a quiet road that is far removed from the noise and traffic of Bali. The villa was great, a fantastic place to relax and chill out. All the staff were wonderful, they were so helpful and friendly. All round it was a great place to stay.

10.0Gorgeous Villa, stunning, just like promotion pics, rather remote (you need taxis) and limited English spoken (which is not unusual for Bali!).
