9.0Personal in allen Bereichen freundlich und hilfsbereit Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad perfekt Mein Zimmer ( 201 ) hatte ein angemessen großen Balkon wo man auch rauchen und ein großartiges Blick direkt zum schwarzen Meer hat
− Keine Utensilien im Badezimmer!!! Meine Schlüssel Karte funktionierte nicht!!! deswegen musste ich dreimal die Treppe runter ( Hotel hat kein Fahrstuhl ) zum Receptionistin wo ich erst beim dritten Versuch eine richtige Schlüssel zum Zimmer bekommen habe. Zimmer Isolierung nicht gut!!! Frühstück konnte ich aus Zeitgründen nicht wahrnehmen!!!
