8.0The location and amenities. Overall a good place
− Ants in the house, no toiletries other than handwash. Better to have some basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel and some moisturizer. Also better to have some additional cleaning cloths / kitchen tissues and some wooden spatulas in kitchen

Well equipped, centrally located apartment with a view in a quiet location
8.0The upstairs living area was spacious and very well equipped, with a nice view over the single storey chalets to the beach and estuary. Very comfortable for a couple. We only used the double bedroom at the back of the property, and this was large enough with sufficient storage for our four night stay. Also quiet. Keypad entry made it easy to come and go without worrying about the key. Very good central location nears shops, restaurants and pubs. Own parking off road. Useful folder of local information, and good to have very few dos and don’ts on a simple A4 sheet on the fridge.
− The single toilet, washbasin and shower downstairs were a little on the small side. Fine for a couple but a family of five might find it inconvenient.
