− Air conditioning is not cool, there’s tv in the rooms but not operational, they had construction going on our 2nd day of stay.

2.0The place is near the warf and accessibility is not a problem
− The owner need to consider a renovation of facilities . Tv not working , water taste like rust , old beddings and aircon cold but too noisy . You will also need to pay separately if you need fridge witch everybody needs . Untrained staff . Our Free breakfast only served on the first day . need to update to what you offer here in booking.com we choose you because we expect what's written and posted here . Its so disappointing that it's different amenities included when we checked in . Never going to choose this transient again .
