2.0I made a reservation for two rooms at Mellows several months in advance. The day we were supposed to check in the staff told me via phone that they had no record of my reservation. They also said that they don't even book through Orbitz, a claim that is patently false. They then tried to pawn us off on their cousin's homestay, which was not even reachable by car (the condition of the road required a jeep). In the end, we landed a very good place, so it worked out fine, but the experience dealing with Mellows left a bad taste in our mouth.
