− We have discussed our complaints directly with the owner and particularly highlighted the following for immediate attention: Dirty cutlery and pans - chose to buy our own frying pan instead No kitchen cleaning utensils e.g. scrubbing brush, decent washing up liquid No kettle Dirty linen e.g. table mats and only one tea towel for the whole week, which had holes in it Dated microwave oven with dirty plate No bedside lamps in the bedroom and the ceiling lights did not work properly Bed pillows were VERY soft and offered no head support so broken sleep In the garden, the furniture is very old, with one broken chair and an old tatty iron table, plus 4 mouldy chair cushions. Broken parasol. In addition, we feel the property should include lounger cushions, pool towels and a large parasol for the premium price paid.
