4.0The bathroom was awful. No bidet. No refrigerator. No elevator. Unfriendly staff. No towels. No WiFi. Window shades had no darkening effect. No bottled water in the room. Water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Door to balcony doesn’t close all the way. My friends room had no TV, no closet. Grounds were very nice. But will never stay there again and will not recommend

Not the best experience.
6.0My wife found a cockroach in the room and my daughters complained about ants on their bed. The air conditioner was a little weak. There is a restaurant on the property which has good food at about the market price. Because of the cleanliness concerns and the amount of activity on the Cloud 9 strip, we ended our stay 3 days early.

4.0Television wasn't working. Asked to have them look at it and they never came. We booked the family room. Had to ask for more towels as they only gave us two. No trash cans in the room. Very unorganized and was over priced for the two days we stayed there.
