Excelente atención, aunque con aspectos por mejorar en la habitación
8.0La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena y permite recorrer Lucca con facilidad. La atención del personal también fue excelente, especialmente la encargada, quien fue extremadamente amable, simpática y acogedora durante toda nuestra estadía. Además, el desayuno estaba muy bueno y contribuyó a que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable. En general, fue una estadía muy cómoda y recomendable.
− El principal aspecto que mejoraría es la comodidad de la habitación. En particular, la segunda cama era demasiado pequeña e incómoda y daba cierta sensación de inestabilidad, por lo que no resultó adecuada para descansar bien. Además, en el hall de entrada se percibía un fuerte olor a cigarro (o algo parecido), lo que generaba una impresión poco agradable al ingresar al alojamiento.

10.0L'unica cosa se proprio vogliamo trovare un piccolo neo possiamo riferirlo al bagno che era assolutamente ok, pulito, fruibile e tutto quello che vogliamo, solo un po' piccolino ma assolutamente all'altezza!
− La colazionepiù di tutto il resto. Il servizio di parcheggio è ottimo. L'accoglienza dell'host è stata perfetta, molto discreta ma prontissima a rispondere ad ogni piccola richiesta che abbiamo fatto!
