− It would’ve been nice to have the ability to choose whether to be in complete shade while at the pool, I personally don’t like laying out in the sun so it would have been good to be able to choose to have full shade.

− Rubber sheet on bed. Felt like being in hospital. Access road very narrow. No gym which odd for a spa resort. Lots of jacuzzi, but "wellness" facilities underwhelming. Felt like a wedding venue.
