4.0The scenery was absolutely gorgeous! Jose the bartender jumped in and did whatever he needed to do. It was like Ghost Town. No one around many times to ask a question or get help. The chef did a great job with the food but beware there is no other place to eat within miles which I knew when I booked the reservation. Advertised as Spa and Jim and there is no such thing. The gym if you want to call it that was a dark room with molds in the pool area. The mountains made it worthwhile but we felt like we were hostages when we were there and felt we could not cancel a reservation because would have to fight for it and we're on vacation and don't want to have to do that. It's obvious that this property is neglected and definitely misrepresented. Unfortunate because it's a beautiful location in hornito. All it would take is for someone to open up their eyes and put some TLC into it and the staff needs to learn English at least want to try.

2.0My cel charger with cable was stolen from my room this is $100 value. Staff on the pool started their own party with annoying music. Decided to go out of the facility. The pool do not donot have pool chairs and the food was bad. We aware do not come here.
