4.0YOUR REQUIRED TO PAY A CLEANING FEE BUT WHEN I ARRIVE DAY ONE THE UNIT LOOK LIKE IT'S BEEN LOCKED UP FOR DAYS AND COULD USE SOME UPGRADES THE KITCHEN IS DECENT THE POOL IS GREEN LACK OF MAINTENANCE, SECURITY AT THE GATE IS HEPFUL THEN IVE BEEN TOLD THE NOTES I LEFT THE BANK SAID ITS TOO OLD AND WON'T ACCEPT THEM SO I SHOULD EXCHANGE THEM THEN I GET A CALL FROM THE OWNER THAT BANK ACCEPT ONE NOTE AND I NEED TO REPLACE OTHER NOTE, IT WAS ONE BIG JOKE TO ME.

2.0The room I booked was not the room presented to me. The bathroom was disgusting with old broken vanity, walls dirty, furniture old and dirty. Also the cable service did not work in the bedrooms . Last but not least the washer/dryer did not work well either. This room was not on their site.
