10.0A clean and comfortable room on the ground floor with a tasty breakfast served by the friendly & understanding owner on the first floor in the breakfast room/ conservatory area. We enjoyed our stay!

10.0Parking was excellent right outside room 7 . Text messages with welcome and instructions great. Clean room ,comfy bed and underfloor heating . Lovely owner was always on hand and we had a brilliant stay .
A bed and no breakfast
6.0After I arrived I was informed that my payment did not cover breakfast. This came as a shock and left me disappointed. It spoiled my stay. Room was clean and comfortable but tired. Parking was good. Access to town centre was good. Host was friendly.
