Ubicación excelente y un paisaje muy bonito y rural
8.0La ubicación, muy cerca de Villaviciosa y en un entorno muy tranquilo y bonito.
− El baño no es lo más cómodo del mundo. No tiene puerta y es bastante extraño. Estaría bien que mencionasen en el texto de bienvenida que hay muchos mosquitos, porque la primera noche nos comieron vivos.
No fue lo que esperaba
5.0El entorno rural y de naturaleza
− Los baños de la casa son muy pequeños, el de la planta baja tiene una ducha tan pequeña que no te puedes ni lavar con comidad, además el plato de ducha pierde agua, con el baño de arriba más de lo mismo, encima no tiene ni un toallero para dejar la toalla de la cara ni de la ducha, sale poca agua y tampoco tiene ningún estante para dejar el bote de gel y champú con lo cual es súper incómodo ducharse. Del tema habitaciones decir que los colchones son muy duros y las almohadas muy incómodas también comentar que las habitaciones son calurosas y se hace difícil dejar las ventanas abiertas pq no tienen mosquiteras y entraban mogollón de mosquitos y polillas. Tampoco tienen ventilador. Comentar que hubo una pequeña tormenta y se fue la luz a las 19:00 de la tarde, como pasaban las horas y no venía avisamos al teléfono de contacto de la casa nos dijeron que era algo general por la tormenta etc etc y estuvimos hasta la mañana siguiente a las 7:30 de la mañana sin luz, mas de 12 horas!!! nos dimos cuenta que no había sido algo de la Red general si no de algún diferencial de fase al a que solo tienen acceso los de la casa rural pq por la noche volvió el la luz de farolas y otras casas y la nuestra seguía sin luz, debe ser que cuando entró a trabajar la persona que esta de mantenimiento conserjería etc lo debió activar y volvió. Cuando fuimos hacer el check out llamé de nuevo al tlf contacto y de dije que habíamos estado más de 12 horas sin luz y que no funcionó nada claro , ni agua caliente para ducharnos!! y pues eso que se hizo el despistado, me pareció una falta de profesionalidad pq lo lógico es que esa noche me la hubieran devuelto o por lo menos descontar un porcentaje, en fin...

− El baño sin puerta, cero intimidad. Las ventanas sin mosquiteras, no puedes dejarlas abiertas por la noche porque entran hasta los pájaros, al no tener ventilador pasas calor con todo cerrado. El correo con el código de entrada aún estoy esperándolo. La recepción cerrada todos los días. Deja mucho que desear y cero trato con los huéspedes.
Hermoso lugar y cómoda habitación
9.0El hotel se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo y silencioso. La habitación cuenta con instalaciones bastante completas, incluso con plancha que necesité. Encontramos todo muy limpio al llegar.
− El baño no tiene puerta, lo cual resulta algo extraño.
Buen alojamiento para hacer el camino a covadonga!
