4.0フロント機能がないとのことでプロパティーマネージメント会社担当者らしき方よりクレジットカード情報含む個人情報（ID写含む）をサイトにアップするよう依頼メールが入ったが、Expediaの予約完了画面にはその記載はなく会社名など情報元が不明確であった。宿泊２日前（出国前日）で記載やペイメントが確認できなければ鍵の受け渡しもできないとのこと、急ぎの予約には向いていない旨記載があってもいいかと。また滞在期間中に領収書を担当会社からメールで送られてきたが金額に宿泊費が含まれており（担当者にメールで問い合わせると間違いであるとの返事はあったが）、その後訂正の領収書は届かず一体いくらクレジットカードに請求されたか不明。６日の連泊であったが、タオル、リネンのかえの用意がなく、清掃も入らなかった。清掃費85＄、クレジットカード手数料３３＄ほどかかかるようなメールがあったが、不明。 Expediaで以前もいくかアパートメントタイプの物件に滞在したことがありいい経験だったので、今回の件は残念。今後の予約も要検討と思った。
