8.0De ligging, vlakbij metrostation en op 2 min van Vaticaanmuseum. Lekker ontbijt, wel op de kamer. Supervriendelijke hosts, correct in afspraken, noets was te veel. Airco op de kamer was aangenaam met het warme weer.
− Sanitair aan vernieuwing toe in onze kamer. Sproeier van douche kapot en weinig water komende uit regendouche. Kraan van lavabo stond los. Wel wat lawaai van buiten, ramen isoleren niet zo goed.

− Al llegar nos hicieron el check en la parte derecha de la escalera del primer piso y las habitaciones estaban en la escalera izquierda. Ésto para ubicarnos. Nos dijeron que el desayuno lo servían en la habitación a partir de las 8 y tanto por mail como en persona el chico nos dijo que no había ningún problema en servírnoslo a las 6.30 porque un día teníamos entradas y el último el vuelo de vuelta. Al día siguiente nos acercamos a la escalera derecha a las 7.50, ya que no venían y cual es nuestra sorpresa que nos abre una chica en pijama, recién levantada de la cama (le despertamos al tocar ell timbre) , acompañada de dos gatos y totalmente desubicada, ya que no tenía ni idea de lo que le hablabamos..Me indica q vayamos a un bar de abajo y a la vuelta les entregue el ticket para el reembolso. Entregamos el ticket y sin problema. El último día aún avisando que nos íbamos al.día siguiente y que no pasaba nada si desayunabamos fuera aún teniéndolo pagado, nos insisten en que no, que cuando me despiertara les tocara el timbre y que nos preparararian el desayuno. LES TENÍA QUEN DESPERTAR YO!!!! Hago lo que me dicen y está vez me abre el chico con mala cara porque le he despertado, nos trae el desayuno y me dice que se marcha a dormir totalmente indignado. Me molestaron las formas y las malas caras por despertales. Como huésped prefiero que me digan que si el desayuno es a partir de las 8am lo pierdo si salgo antes del hotel pero me molestó tener que despertar yo a los del hotel y encima aguantar esas caras de indignación.
