10.0Beautiful property in the mountains with nice rooms and family cottages. Basic amenities and no Wi Fi in the room
Pleasant stay, fantastic location,slow service.
8.0The rooms were in good condition with good quality fittings. Hot water was available from 7-11 am and pm. The grounds were well maintained. The road to the hotel is a rocky track and there are jeeps which can take you there, we were able to drive our SUV and park it at the hotel. The food in the restaurant was not very good quality and quite overpriced, also the response time of the staff was quite slow.

4.0This property has a beautiful location. The lawn is heavenly but the rooms need immediate renovation. It was raining and the roof started leaking, the beds got wet and there was no one at the reception who can attend to you. The washrooms are in dire need of renovation as well.

2.0I NEVER HAD A STAY. THEY CALLED ME THAT THEY WERE BOOKED FULL. THEY TOLD ME TO GET IN CO TACT WITH YOU TO PAY ME BACK. I NEVER GOT A REPLY FROM YOU AT HOTEL.COM
