10.0Najpiękniejszy domek na Maderze z przepięknym widokiem na wyspę :) na plus czystość i piękny taras na wyłączność. Polecam każdemu, czuć lokalny klimat, domek położony jest na wzgórzu bez natłoku turystów i tłumów pod oknami. Super :)

Lage top, Preis-Leistung flop
4.0Die Unterkunft liegt in keinem typischen Touristengebiet aber sehr zentral auf der Insel. Dadurch ist man egal wohin man auf der Insel will, gut angebunden. Die Garage ist sehr großzügig und bietet ausreichend Platz für das Auto.
− Seit dem ersten Tag hatten wir kleine Ameisen in der Küche im Erdgeschoss. In einem der Holzbalken in der Decke muss ein aktiver Holzwurm oder ähnliches sein. Wir haben eines morgens feines Sägemehl auf dem Küchentisch gefunden. Nachdem wir es zuvor abgewischt haben, waren am Abend neue Spuren vorhanden. Der zur Verfügung gestellte Föhn riecht sehr verkohlt wenn man Ihn einschaltet und sollte dringend getauscht werden. Für solche nicht ganz unwesentlichen Mängel ist die Unterkunft zu teuer. Wir haben diese Hinweise bei der Abreise bei der Hausverwaltung eingereicht. Leider gab es hierauf keine Reaktion. Ob an diese drei nicht ganz unwesentlichen Punkte behoben werden ist eine gute Frage...

9.0The house was big, private parking, private terrace, all the necessary stuff at kitchen, washing machine. enough space.
− The provided phone number did not pick up the phone. No proper umbrella at terrace. My husband did not like that other people parked their cars just just in front of our entrance to the house.

8.0The property was clean, it was well situated for visiting other places on the island, there were a few restaurants, a local supermarket, petrol station and bus stop not too far away. We had virtually all we needed in the house and this was a good place to stay. It was very useful having the garage to park the car. The host was pleasant although we had little contact with her. There were no problems while we were at the property and everything worked OK. It was pleasant sitting on the roof level in the evening (stairs are quite steep). Thank you.
− We did get fed up with the neighbour's dog barking a lot at night but it was OK if we shut the windows. The property is on the main road through the village so be prepared for some traffic noise, kids and music playing and passers-by. It was not a problem but it was not a really peaceful place if that's what you wanted. We would have ideally liked a second armchair.

8.0Very nice view from the terrace. Good equipped kitchen. Nice welcoming person at check in. Cute area outside busy Funchal. Comfortable bed.
− A little bit noisy from the street traffic. Bathroom’s could use some improvements ( one of them was not even working)
