Compré una experiencia de ensueño y terminó siendo una película de terror.
4.0La ubicación, la vista y la atención del personal, estuvieron excelentes.
− Desde que llegamos comenzamos con problemas. Se entiende que por inclemencias del tiempo estuvieran sin energía eléctrica, ante lo cual contaban con paneles solares que resolvían parte del problema. Al ingresar a la habitación, inmediatamente se sentía un fuerte olor a desagüe, que provenía desde el baño. Al pasar las horas, y sin electricidad, la habitación estaba congelada y comenzó una filtración que caía por el extractor del baño, que era un chorro de agua. A los minutos posteriores el agua comenzó a filtrarse por el techo de la habitación, ante lo cual solicité el cambio fe habitación. Me cambiaron a una que no tenia el mismo estándar que había pagado, por lo que decidí que al otro día nos íbamos. En la mañana siguiente, voy a abrir la ducha y me doy cuenta que no hay agua caliente, lo que me pareció fue la gota que rebalsó el vaso. Nadie puede ofrecer un hotel de maravilla con semejantes falencias. Lo que si, debo agradecer y reconocer es que el personal presente o de turno, se portaron increíblemente bien. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a intentar buscar una solución y a contactar a las jefaturas para buscar una solución. Estoy muy decepcionado y frustrado con la experiencia, ya que lo que suponía ser un maravilloso fin de semana para celebrar mi aniversario de matrimonio, terminó siendo una pesadilla y sintiéndome tremendamente avergonzado por haber traído a mi esposa a una experiencia así.
Escapada perfecta
9.0La cercania al mar, la atencion del personal, prepararon una fogata en la noche para el frio. Ademas tenia hermosos salones, mesa de pool y un restaurant en el propio hotel

10.0Me encanto la experiencia completa. Las habitaciones muy lindas, la comida exquisita, el restaurant tiene un menu variado y muy rico. Todos muy simpáticos y con muy linda disposición.
