10.0My family of 5 had a great 4 night stay at Gem Riverside Hotel. The rooms are spacious and the pool is a really good size. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Hoi An and has free bikes available as well for exploring the local area. Ruby and the other staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

8.0A lovely, friendly hotel. Very clean & well maintained. Location was close to Hoi An Ancient City by means of a road & bridge which were very tight. We did walk in though each time. We paid for a late check out which was orgznised with ease.
