− Em um dos dias da minha estadia, saí pela manhã e, quando retornei ao final da tarde, o quarto ainda não havia sido arrumado. Isso foi resolvido rapidamente pela equipe, mas eu esperava algo diferente.

10.0Minha experiência no Villa do Vale foi excelente do início ao fim. O hotel combina sofisticação, conforto e um atendimento impecável, fazendo com que a estadia se torne realmente especial. As instalações são elegantes, muito bem cuidadas e transmitem uma sensação de aconchego e exclusividade. O quarto era confortável, silencioso e extremamente bem preparado para receber os hóspedes com qualidade e atenção aos detalhes. Outro destaque foi o atendimento da equipe, sempre cordial, prestativa e genuinamente preocupada em proporcionar a melhor experiência possível. Além disso, a localização é ótima para aproveitar Blumenau e a gastronomia do hotel merece elogios pela qualidade e apresentação. Sem dúvida foi uma experiência memorável e um hotel que eu recomendaria para quem busca conforto, requinte e excelência em serviço. Pretendo voltar em uma próxima oportunidade.
