The Lakehouse is the quintessential b & b sporting comfy common areas, a fabulous stone fireplace, and a welcoming front porch. Our room was well appointed with a comfy bed, private bath, and a stunning view of the lake. High-end toiletries and bed linens completed the cozy feel. The innkeepers, Al & Pam, take pride in their home, and it shows in the details. Breakfasts were scrumptious, and afternoon baked goods were a delicous treat. Guests were friendly. I can not say enough about the care and quantity.

A Gem of a B&B on Lake Winnisquam, NH

This is a beautiful historic home on the shores of Lake Winnisquam. The common rooms are inviting and comfortable. Play a game, read a book or watch TV. Games, puzzles and books are available in the bookcase in the common room. It's all there. The rooms are beautiful and feel like home. We experienced three breakfasts and all were so delicious. The Inn Keeper, Pam, couldn't be nicer or more accomidating. The lake has a very shallow entry and water shoes are recommended but once out in deeper water it was so relaxing. The evening cookie selection was always devine. There is 1 room on the firsr floor and the remainder are upstairs. There is a shareable refrigerator on the 2nd floor. Can't wait to return in 2026!

The Lake House at Ferry Point is a magical place to stay! From the views of Lake Winnisquam to the relaxing porch and gazebo, the impressive breakfasts (no dieting allowed 😃) the comfortable beds and pillows,etc. I have never stayed at a place where I enjoyed everything about it. Pam is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and knowledgeable of the area. There is a lot to do in the area, such as swimming, kayaking and hiking. There are plenty of excellent restaurants available that are nearby. As you can tell, we really enjoyed our stay

Great long weekend at the Lake House

Pam is a welcoming host with a keen eye for detail. Everything about the inn - the room, common areas, breakfast and porch were perfect. We enjoyed the small beach front and used the paddle boards and kayaks. The water was clear and relatively warm (bring water shoes or sandals as it's a rocky bottom.) I have already recommended this B&B to family members.

Run to The Lake House at Ferry Point and then be prepared to just stop! This house has a superpower in that you feel completely relaxed the minute step into its beauty! Whether you want to take in the serene view of the lake from the front porch sipping a glass of wine or venture out to the surrounding towns for a little food and fun, this place offers a sanctuary to just take a moment from everyday life to take in the beauty surrounding you. See for yourself. You’ll be glad you did!

We had a peaceful waterfront getaway at this beautiful property! Indoors and outdoors are equally feasts for the eyes and the breakfasts are legit feasts! Al and Pam, thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us! We loved relaxing by the fire indoors and by the lake and on the front porch. I especially loved kayaking and following the loon.
