Great location at a good price

Location, close to the Akebonobashi train station and one stop from the Shinjuku station. Washing machine at reception is a great plus.

− Not much to dislike. Rooms are small but that’s just Japan.

A pleasant stay at Pearl Hotel

The hotel and room were super clean, no complaints at all. The room was serviced daily which was great and something we were grateful for. The location was good as it was one stop away from the main area of Shinjuku and the hotel was a 5/10 minute walking distance to 2 different stations. For 2 people the room would be great.

− The rooms were very small, especially for our family of 4 adults. We were squashed and had nowhere to keep our luggage. We basically had them on the floor and were walking around and over the top of them. Bathroom space was limited on areas to keep belongings and hang used towels etc. The breakfast was very ordinary with not many options and cold food, and one of the staff took the coffee machine and other food away prior to breakfast finishing. Not suitable accommodation for 4 people.
