− La camas duras, 1 estaba hundida de 1 lado, restaurant muy simple

7.0El hotel está muy bien, la ubicación, es cómodo, tiene una alberca limpia, mi familia la pasó muy feliz, yo también...
− El área del baño tiene una fuga y lo reportamos pero no se hizo nada, y todos los días tuvimos un charco de agua en el baño junto al WC, el lavamanos también estuvo tapado...

− El trato de la señorita de recepción fue muy malo, además de que rente la propiedad por la alberca y casualmente ese día no estaba en funcionamiento.

− Mucho ruido en la alberca por la noche, pasaron las 10 de la noche que es la hora en que debieron de cerrar la alberca y aún seguido la gente en la alberca Servicio de WIFI nunca funcionó
