Groot hotel met veel faciliteiten en een prima kamer. Het naastgelegen ZINN cafe was erg gezellig en heerlijk gegeten. Het ontbij (ook in het ZINN café) was a la card en voor ieder wat wils. Ligging heel centraal met veel restaurantjes en winkeltjes in de omgeving. We zijn twee keer naar het strand gegaan (100m van hotel). Kan je niet echt zwemmen door de hoge golven en sterke stroming, maar onzettend leuk om naar de surfers te kijken.

Best stay in Bali

This hotel is just amazing. Firstly, the location is perfect, just a few steps away from the beach on a main road and with one of the best views on the coast. The decoration is just beautiful - greenery and bamboo everywhere, gorgeous valuable bonsai trees, pools. The room itself was huge, with enough storage space and all amenities one might need. We asked for a quiet room, so the balcony didn't have a pleasant view, but in the heat the air-conditioned room is better anyway. The staff are super nice and engaged. We arrived earlier and were allowed to check in about 1.5h early as our room was ready. You get a WhatsApp message where they are available what seems to be 24/7 for any questions or requests. The welcome drink is butterfly pea ice tea, served on the rooftop cafe, which is a bit posh but has a lovely view. You can pick where you have breakfast, either at the rooftop restaurant or in the Zin cafe below, which is also open to the public for breakfast. We chose the cafe each day, as although the atmosphere on the rooftop was just spectacular, the menu was a bit too fancy, with chef-made dishes, or if you want just plain eggs and bread, you have to pay for any additions to it. But the cafe was the best spot we ate in Bali, both for breakfast and lunch. You get anything from the menu, and the selection is big, plus two drinks, most people have a smoothie and a coffee. We also got a massage and tried a yoga class, a cycle, and reformer pilates, all on-site for a small fee, apart from the first class which is free. We used the jacuzzi on the rooftop and the cold plunge combined with the sauna - it is very nicely made, and staff are available at any time to assist. The sunset from the rooftop is priceless with a good cocktail - one of which is included with your booking! Overall, we could not recommend this hotel more, and doubt anyone will regret booking it.

Zin has lovely facilities and great staff, but wouldn’t stay if noise sensitive. Needs some maintenance on room

Zin has excellent facilities (gym, pools, new sauna), breakfast and cafe are outstanding. Staff are lovely and helpful.

− Junior suite lacked sound proofing, the wood around the windows has disintegrated. While they tried to improve this by adding a fabric strip, but there are still gaps and sound from nearby clubs was too intense to get proper sleep. Shower head didn’t have good flow due to built up calcification. The treadmill at the gym no good for runners, saw multiple people have issues with it either not working or stopping.
