− Que me dieron el alojamiento en una cuarta planta sin ascensor, les comuniqué que nos reubicaran porque iba con mi madre que tiene dificultad para subir tantas escaleras y me contestaron que no tenían más habitaciones disponibles y que en el edificio ya habían más personas mayores y recién operadas. Una respuesta muy inadecuada y no nos buscaron ninguna solución. Nos tuvimos que marchar antes de terminar la reserva porque encima se salía el agua de la ducha por todo el suelo, que además resbalaba muchísimo y dicen que no nos devuelven el dinero. A pesar de todas las molestias ocasionadas. Opino que este alojamiento no cumple con unos mínimos requisitos para alojarse. Tampoco tienen servicio de recepción desde el viernes almediodía hasta el lunes por la mañana, ni un teléfono para emergencias. Ha sido el peor alojamiento que he reservado en Booking
