Don't bother going to Hyatt Place East Moline
3.0− The hotel was on the Mississippi River and I booked a river view (at $250/night) but was put in a parking lot view without my knowledge/consent. Upon arrival we found out there was a Luke Bryan concert nearby that night and the hotel would shuttle people. Therefore, parking at the hotel was not available (nobody drove) except for across the street. The hotel showed it's age/abuse by past travelers. The room they gave us was large. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Noise level was good despite the number of teens there. Direct TV channels were not great. The room was mostly clean. The road out front was closed and under construction so we had a slight detour to get to the hotel. The train tracks were very close and the horn blew well into the night. At checkout, we were informed we had a $50 food and beverage credit that wasn't told to us at checkin. The response, "that's too bad". Breakfast was a typical buffet. Just ok. We will not go there again when in town visiting family.

10.0Loved the location and our room with river views! Just hard to get to...the room was great, breakfast fabulous and varied food selections. Staff was friendly Love the rooftop bar and views. Food there was excellent too.
− Coffee maker in room. Need a Keurig type machine (with decent creamers and not that cheap dried packet stuff...)

4.09th room was nice. Location was perfect for us. Amenities were ok.
− Room wasn’t ready to accommodate 4 guests. Missing towels, blankets, coffee, washing rags. Called the front desk and was told I had to wait for housekeeping, and If I wanted them I had to come down to the desk to get them.
