8.0Hedwig at the reception desk was very helpful and kind. She was able to accommodate me and my family to switch to a better and bigger room due to nuisance issue that we hear below the room we were originally in. Clean and staff are very nice and friendly! I would recommend and go back again to this hotel. Thank you!
False representation and you made to sleep in dirty rooms
2.0Total misguided and misrepresenting. They don’t clean rooms and don’t take any responsibility . Even after requesting to clean room after 2 days of stay , they try to avoid to save cost . Very dodgy practice and misrepresentation of things they sell. Total misrepresentation saying home style say.
