Charming room in a superb location.
9.0The location was fabulous. For budget accommodation it had everything you need, even pastries for breakfast and a little expresso machine. Its a bedroom and an ensuite. The value for money compared to other stays was great.
− It was very hot and aircon in old buildings is not common in Italy. It had a fan. The owner doesn't have WhatsApp and my international roaming was not working so I had to get the cafe next door to help me because I could not text the owner. Best if you have a SIM and a some basic Italian.

2.0La posizione è l'unico punto a favore di questo "affitta camere". È al centro del paesino con un parcheggio comunale proprio vicino ed è a 5 minuti dal famosissimo punto dove hanno girato la scena de "Il Gladiatore".
− Aaaaaaaaa qui si apre un mondo! Iniziando con i primi messaggi dove sono stato accusato di sgarbatezza senza alcun motivo tanto che mia moglie ha dovuto chiamare direttamente per chiedere chiarimenti. Quando siamo arrivati, la stanza era così piccola che in 2 non ci passavamo (ed era la camera chiamata "camera matrimoniale Deluxe"). Riguardo la pulizia ho trovato delle briciole sul tavolino appena arrivati, ragnatele e polvere sul lampadario e la cosa più grave è stato l'asciugamano da bidet con una macchia nera! (Tutto allegato in foto). L'ultima cosa, ma non per importanza, è stato il servizio della colazione a dir poco VERGOGNOSO! Appena arrivati ci hanno fatto notare 2 fette di crostata sopra al tavolino, per la colazione, che erano già lì quando siamo arrivati alle 15:30. 2 cialde di un caffè, discutibile, da farsi con la macchinetta in stanza.... e basta! Non c'era neanche un po' di latte e neanche un cucchiaio per poter girare l'eventuale bevanda. Questa è stata la nostra colazione che tra l'altro non abbiamo consumato perché abbiamo preferito andare al bar piuttosto che prendere quella roba! MA LA COLAZIONE, SI SA, SI PAGA A PARTE E QUESTO PER ME È STATA UNA PRESA IN GIRO! Se avessi saputo che questa era la "colazione inclusa" di certo non l'avrei selezionata! Non sono per niente contento di quest' esperienza. Non lo consiglio proprio a nessuno!!!
