− O colchão da cama muito fino, o café da manhã era até às 9h30 mas as 9h já não era reabastecido, então alguns itens já não tínhamos no café da manhã.

4.0Localização é perfeita! Próxima do Beach park E o restaurante dentro da pousada tbm são uma ótima opção para refeição.
− Quando cheguei na suíte, percebi que não trocam os lençóis. Pois eu e minha filha encontramos cabelos e pelos grandes provavelmente de um homem e fios de cabelos longos em toda a cama, possivelmente dos hóspedes anteriores. O banheiro fica todo molhado após o banho pq não tem porta no box, e o chuveiro fica pingando água a noite toda, mesmo depois de ser bem fechado. Não tem cobertor. Se quiser ou precisar de lençol ou toalha extra, tem que pagar! A troca de roupa de cama, não acontece! Agora temos certeza disso, após essa péssima experiência! Que nojo!!!!

− Ar condicionado do quarto estava pingando, mas só ficamos uma noite. Todo o resto é maravilhoso.

− As paredes do quarto estavam precisando de pintura. Se fosse só isso, dava para aceitar. Contudo, havia muito mofo no teto do banheiro. Tinha mofo no teto do quarto. Havia uma fronha de um travesseiro suja. Problemas relacionados à limpeza e organização são inaceitáveis.
