3.0O café da manhã é bom, mas isso definitivamente não compensa os diversos problemas enfrentados. Pelo valor cobrado, esperávamos muito mais conforto, profissionalismo e organização. Infelizmente, foi uma experiência frustrante e não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel, nem o recomendaria.
− Infelizmente, nossa experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. Escolhemos este hotel porque queríamos conforto e uma boa experiência, principalmente considerando o valor das diárias, que está longe de ser barato. No entanto, o que encontramos foi uma sequência de problemas. O primeiro quarto que nos entregaram ficava ao lado da escada, com grande circulação de hóspedes. Como o hotel estava lotado naquele fim de semana, era evidente que o barulho e o movimento comprometeriam nosso descanso. Precisamos solicitar a troca de quarto logo na chegada. No segundo quarto, a situação não foi muito melhor. Aparentemente era um quarto adaptado, com a cama muito baixa e um banheiro sem box, apenas com uma cortina. O resultado era que, a cada banho, a água inundava completamente o banheiro. O piso permanecia molhado por horas, tornando o ambiente desagradável e até inseguro, além de molhar constantemente a saída para o quarto. É difícil entender como um quarto nessas condições é oferecido pelo mesmo valor dos demais, sem qualquer informação prévia ao hóspede. Não pedimos outra troca porque, na primeira solicitação, o funcionário da recepção demonstrou claramente incômodo com o nosso pedido, passando a sensação de que estávamos causando um problema por querer um quarto minimamente confortável. Para completar, houve total falta de organização da equipe. No café da manhã, uma funcionária insistiu em discutir conosco sobre o número do nosso quarto, afirmando que estávamos hospedados no quarto 24, quando estávamos no 25. O mesmo constrangimento se repetiu no check-out, mesmo com toda a nossa comanda registrada corretamente no quarto 25. Foi uma situação desnecessária e bastante desagradável.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. The law applies to foreigners as well and in such cases, the passport will be necessary instead of the ID.
