10.0You get way more room than a hotel for the same price. The area is gated and safe. This was my first house rental and was by far the best vacation I’ve had. I would definitely rent here again

6.0The house is nice and I would suggest to put the TV on the wall. We had a hard time and it is outdated. Also, the limited garbage was a problem for us. What’s the point of paying for cleaning fees if you guys expect the house to leave it as we found it

6.0This house was in a good location in a nice neighbourhood. The house was large and spacious. When we arrived, the house was not clean. The pool floor and deck were dirty. We had to hose down the deck, as there was dirt and not just debris on it. We found dirty socks left in the living room. This tells me they only did a quick sweep of the house. The dishes in the cupboard were still wet - some dirty. This is disappointing given we are required to pay a cleaning fee. We cleaned the house when we left so I expect it won't get a thorough cleaning again. The furniture and decor are dated. The sink in the main bath has rust stains. There are lots of towels, pot cloths, dish towels, etc at the house. I hope they see this and switch cleaning companies. We had the pool heating, and it worked well.
