4.0The renting agent had a very irresponsible way to welcome their guest. I had given an instruction by e-mail to proceed to mail box and insert my finger to its small opening and fish out the key. What an experience,after my long travel. I was greeted by this stressfull moment.

8.0This place is at the heart of the Makati Central Business District, and highly accessible to the Ateneo Professional Schools Salcedo Campus, where I had a three-day seminar. At the podium is the SM Jazz Mall which has many different establishments such as coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores.
