− We hebben betaald via IDeal, we werden gebeld dat ons overnachting niet doorgaat omdat er geen kamer beschikbaar was, dat het de fout van booking was. We reisde voor ons werk, en omdat ik geen geld over had op m’n rekening hadden we in de auto moeten slapen.
