9.0We hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het ligt lekker rustig net eventjes buiten het drukke dorp, waar je prima lopend of met de fiets heen kunt gaan. Het zwembad ligt heel mooi. De mensen zijn heel aardig.

9.0Lisa was simply AMAZING, helpful every step of the way, especially with the sightseeing tours and reservations. Very good breakfast, with a varied menu to choose from. Tea and coffee, however, were not that great. The pool is sweet, has a great view and there are a lot of sundecks around it. The room itself is ok-sized (we had a triple for two people). The bathroom is big and so is the shower cabin. And the place is clean, too.
− There is some need for increased maintenance and TLC. With some more care the place would be an absolute winner!

10.0Ya solo por la atención de Lisa es un 10!! Nos ayudó a organizar las salidas de cada dia, nos recomendó todo, zona, restaurantes, actividades, etc. En el hotel tienen para alquilar motos, bicicletas eléctricas, bicis y dependiendo de la zona a visitar nos recomendaba un transporte u otro. El hotel, sin lujos, está muy bien, las habitaciones amplias, las camas buenas, la piscina refrescante. Buen desayuno, pero sin duda alguna la familia que regenta el hotel es lo mejor, te ayudan en todo. El último día pudimos dejar las maletas y asearnos antes de coger el autobús nocturno para nuestro siguiente destino. Ninh Binh es precioso!!!
− Por decir algo, el servicio de lavandería porque la ropa no quedó del todo limpia, quizás el agua...

8.0Las vistas de la habitación, ya que estábamos en la segunda planta, y las vistas eran preciosas. Y la piscina, que nos permitió sobrevivir al calor de Tam Coc.
− Que tuviese nevera, pero no la puedes usar porque desconectan la luz cuando sales bastante rato. Así que olvídate de dejar cargando baterías o tener agua fresca al volver.

10.0La amabilidad de la señora que te atiende cuando llegas es increíble nos dio fruta y una bebida fría nos ayudó en todo lo que la pedimos y a la salida del hotel nos dío botellas de agua y unas galletas

10.0The location and how helpful and friendly the staff are. One of our family cannot eat gluten and the staff were very understanding. We also booked a tour and a cooking class through the Homestay and they made sure there were gluten free options.
