10.0The transportation options were extremely expensive. Not easily accessible in or out. I was charged $100 USD just to go 11 miles from town. It was rough roads but the cost is ridiculous but it was through a separate company.

This off-the-grid property uses solar energy, has limited communications and is very remote. A four wheel drive vehicle is needed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
