− I have requested for early check-in as I was with my family along with two little kids and until I arrived there was no reply whether my request is accepted or denied but after arrival I have spoken to the reception desk and the staff in duty helped us to do the chein after little waiting time and then we got into our room and relaxed after the long journey. Breakfast was nice but would have been better if the menu was not kept the same every day and coffee making items were not refilled.

Good to know
The easiest way to get to the property from the main train station in Lucerne is to take the S5 train. IN only two stations you are at the "Mattenhof" station. From there it is only a few steps to the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
