− Manque de climatisation, seul un ventilateur était présent mais ne suffit pas pour passer une bonne nuit au frais, isolation phonique moyenne au vu de l’emplacement, endroit festif et bruyant la nuit

6.0La struttura è accogliente. La proprietaria è stata davvero gentilissima e disponibile, così come tutte le ragazze dello staff. Anche il signore che lavorava durante la notte (fino alle 8 del mattino) è sempre stato molto gentile e professionale.
− Purtroppo non possiamo dire lo stesso del signore che lavorava nel turno serale. Una sera ci è stato detto che non potevamo più utilizzare la piastra per capelli perché, a suo dire, faceva saltare la corrente. Su Booking, però, non è specificato da nessuna parte che la piastra non possa essere utilizzata, quindi ci siamo trovate questa limitazione all’improvviso, senza alcun preavviso. Ciò che ci ha dato più fastidio è stato il modo in cui la situazione è stata gestita: invece di cercare una soluzione o spiegare il problema con educazione, ci è stato detto persino di consegnargli la piastra. Inoltre, il signore si è rivolto a noi con toni sgarbati e modi poco rispettosi, facendoci sentire a disagio. Il problema non è stata tanto la richiesta, quanto la totale mancanza di cortesia e di attenzione verso il cliente
