10.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The two girls at the reception were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They assisted me with booking all the activities I needed and even arranged taxis for my transportation, making my trip completely stress-free. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food, and everything in the hotel was spotless and very well maintained. I truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

5.0Brava la ragazza alla reception , parlava un buon inglese e tentava di aiutarci per le escursione prenotate da noi , buona anche la posizione per muoversi con i didi tranne per la tianmen Mountain che si raggiunge facilmente a piedi
− La struttura era leggermente fatiscente , purtroppo abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza anche con l'autista consigliato dalla struttura . Forse modificherei un poco la colazione .
