The greenery, breakfast was good

− Room looked like it was not cleaned, linen did not smell fresh, there was a cockroach in the toilet, so disgusting! There were empty shampoo sachets in the shower. The lavatory faucet moved every time I turned it on and off. Flies hovering around while we were eating. No WiFi once you’re inside the room.

the rate didnt include breakfast

− the cottage room was too cramped for 4 PAX given the price of 5000 plus PHP the Comfort Room was clean but was way below the room floor there was no space to put your toiletries only 3 outlets available add more chairs per cottage. there should be 4 chairs and 1 1 table extend the roof to be able to seat in a shaded area

There wasn't much to like. The property (the surroundings, not the buildings) was nice. That's it.

− I messaged them around 6 or 7 pm to say that traffic from Manila was very bad and I would be late. They never responded. I ended up getting there at midnight. No one was there, we called and called and waited an hour until someone finally came with the key. When I entered the room was really depressing. There were shed ant wings everywhere, all over the bed and there was an insect crawling through the toilet paper. The rooms and furniture are old and dirty, there are a lot of ants, the sheets and towels were stained. The water had rust in it. You could hear everything that happened outside the room. The last night they played christmas music non-stop throughout the night. This was such a depressing place to stay and was way more expensive than it's worth. It's probably not the worst place you could stay, but it's also not worth the price you pay.

Auf den ersten Blick macht die Anlage einen naturnahen Anblick. Auch das Personal ist freundlich. Es gibt einen kleinen Außenpool zwischen den Kokosnussbäumen, in dem wir abends entspannten.

− Es gibt einfach zuviel Müll. Vor unserem Balkon lag viel Plastikmüll. Warum muss das sein? Es waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt kaum andere Gäste vor Ort. Also hätten die Mitarbeiter gar keine Mühe gehabt, etwas für Sauberkeit zu sorgen. Sie saßen aber nur tatenlos in ihrem Rezeptionsbüro. Das Personal ist zwar nett aber unfähig. Auch war das Zimmer extrem trocken eingerichtet. Schmucklos wie eine Gefängniszelle, keine Kleiderbügel, Möbel von Termiten angefressen. Muffiger Geruch, alles extrem renovierungsbedürftig. Mir scheint, der Besitzer des Hotels kümmert sich nicht genug um seinen Besitz. Und dafür ist alles deutlich zu teuer. Übrigens: Wir wohnten im Haupthaus. Viele der Gartencottages waren nicht einmal betretbar, weil die Holzbrücken am See morsch und stark einsturzgefährdet waren. Das erfuhren wir unfreiwillig, denn Warnhinweise sieht man vergebens.
