Good nights sleep

− The rooftop pool was defiantly dissapointing
Would not recommend. Save yourself the disappointment.
1.0The only positive thing was one staff member who was genuinely responsive and tried her best to help us.
− If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. The room smelled strongly of cat urine, and when we complained, they simply sprayed air freshener instead of actually addressing the problem. We also found what appeared to be hair in the bed, making us question whether the sheets had even been changed. There was visible mold in the corridors, the air conditioner wasn’t working, and the balcony hadn’t even been cleaned empty bottles from previous guests were still there. There wasn’t even any toilet paper provided. Honestly, this was disgusting and incredibly disappointing. Basic cleanliness and hygiene should be the bare minimum, yet this property failed on so many levels. We felt uncomfortable and concerned about our health that we checked out right after our first night without completing the whole stay.
I’d rather sleep on the street.

− The lighting in the room and how dingy the room was not at all what the pics showed. The pool is in serious need of a revamp and the deck around it is broken and dangerous. The walls are very thin and I could hear a lot of noise coming from the next rooms.
