Nice enough hotel but some descriptions were misleading and we should have been told about the building site at time of
5.0Location and room type (queen suite) was perfect for our needs.
− Pool was barely 500mm deep and only 3 sun loungers around it. Breakfast was poor and although the staff were nice enough we struggled to communicate the basic requirements. The hotel is also next to a live, noisy building site And there’s also a bigger site opposite but far enough away not to be disturbed by the noise.

9.0We had a wonderful stay at Royal Chenang Langkawi with our group of friends. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety to start the day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile. Thank you for the warm hospitality—we would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Langkawi!
