− Strange route from highway
Good, but disappointing that it is impossible to speak to reception subsequent to a visit.

− Breakfast....it was awful. Unfortunately, I left an expensive jacket in my room, it was impossible to speak to a member of the hotel staff, I did contact the main Marriot switchboard , who told me they would get the hotel to contact me....so far, they haven't.
