An excellent family short trip at the capital
10.0A perfect stay for 2 nights. Staff are attentive, informative and helpful. Arranged us a short trip to their wutong hotel and it’s good for couple. Swimming pool well maintained. Yummy and great breakfast. Always had a little surprise when we back room after outing.

10.0The location is the best. But more than that - the hotel & staff made our stay so special and memorable. The service is above and beyond thoughtful - Osgood, Allen, Yulia from concierge. Rose, Sandy, Yang from Cafe Zi. Shelly & Bob from housekeeping. Lina, Avery, William, Alex from the front desk - all of them are so generous and will take good care of you. If you are celebrating something, this is the best hotel to stay in. Theres always a surprise waiting!

10.0An absolutely perfect experience at MO Wangfujing. From pre-arrival tour planning to the warm farewell, every detail was impeccable. Rosie Gao, quality and guest relations manager, was a gem. Her dining recommendations, reservations, and house car arrangements were seamless. She even helped arrange a fascinating visit to their Qianmen sister property. Hotel manager Elliott Wang made us feel genuinely at home, while the concierge team and every staff member greeted us by name with genuine warmth. Our room boasted a stunning Forbidden City view, which elevated the entire experience. The thoughtful farewell souvenirs touched our hearts. This is personalised luxury at its finest, Without a doubt, a 100/100 stay. Thanks for the memories.
