− 大浴場が使用できなかったのが残念でした。

10.0この価格で部屋にユニットバスも備えながら大浴場があり、大というより中ですが綺麗でほぼ一人な感じで満喫できます。エレベーターも速い。朝食は期待以上にしっかりしていて従業員の方々の接客も素晴らしかった。少し前に倍するホテルへ泊まったが断然ここが良かった。今まで経験した中でも上位だと思う。ありがとうございました。

7.0施設、設備についてはごく普通。 特に良い点も無く、特に悪い点も感じませんでした。 ただ、立地条件は非常に良く、周辺での飲食、散策は非常に興味が湧きました！ 例えば、【近隣での飲食10%OFFチケット】みたいなものがあれば、短期宿泊者には喜ばれると思います。 富山県から初めて堺市に滞在した者にしたら、最高に楽しい南海堺駅周辺でした！ また、堺市に遊びに来たいと思います。その際はよろしくお願いします！ ありがとうございました！
− 接客対応、設備、には不満はありません。 施設の建築年数から考えると綺麗だと思います！ が、ユニットバストイレの清潔感がイマイチでした。 使用前から髪の毛、ホコリ玉が目についてしまい少々テンションが下がりました。 細かな事をお伝えすることとなりますが、ほぼ満足しております。 差別の話ではありませんが、インバウンドのお客様が多い中、「この毛は…？」、「この臭いは…？」と考える人間もいる事を考慮していただけると助かります。 嫌な事を伝えて申し訳ありません。
