8.0Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete FeWo mit vielen schönen Details. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts.
− Die FeWo liegt an einer relativ stark befahrenen Straße.

7.0− Leider war das Wetter sehr schlecht (1. Augustwoche fast durchgehend verregnet), aber dafür kann natürlich der Quartiergeber nix :-)
Keine 4 Sterne Wohnung
6.0Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer gut eingerichtet. Schlafzimmer auch in Ordnung.
− Man konnte weder im Schlafzimmer noch im Wohnzimmer Schubladen für persönliche Gegenstände nutzen, alles voll belegt. Das Bad aus den 80ern keine 4 Sterne Wohnung. Toilette und Waschbecken sehr niedrig. Schimmel in der Dusche, schwarze Fugen... Bad sehr dunkel. Seife fehlte und Handtücher. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir dann noch Handtücher, aber da wir schon seit 30 Jahren in 4 Sterne Wohnungen fahren, kein Vergleich. Lage an Hauptstraße, sehr laut, keine Nutzung von Balkon zum ruhigen Essen möglich. Schade. Küche neu, aber sehr klein und leider keine Mülltrennung möglich da es keine Wertstofftonnen gab. Älteres Haus und daher muffiger Geruch im Flur.
