3.0Große geräumige Wohnung mit Balkon. Großes Bad mit großer Dusche. Viel Stauraum in großen Schränken. Bequeme Betten.
− Schimmel in der Dusche, Oberflächen staubig, Spinnweben, Oberflächen in der Küche klebrig und dreckig, Möbel teilweise kaputt, defekte Lichtschalter, nicht verblendete Lichtschalter, hinterlassener Müll von Vormietern, Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon nicht geleert, unbenutzbare Kaffeemaschine, kein Wasserkocher, dreckiger Kühlschrank … dafür deutlich überteuert

− Fernseher zu klein und. Zu Dunkel eingestellt. Konnte mit Vorhandener Bedienung nicht Geregelt werden.Kein alkoholfreis Bier im Getränkeautomat. Aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Vor Ort(SB Markt)⁰
