10.0Lovely couple that host the B &B were so nice and took great care of us. The room was spacious and full of light with many windows and yet private. Breakfast was fantastic and filling. The countryside around the home was breathtaking and remote, yet close to pubs and larger cities.

10.0A great stay. Away from it all authentic in the middle-of-nowhere stay, with only 6 miles from Woodbridge. Len excelled with making us feel absolutely at home. A wonderful host. Fascinating story about the farm buildings, his beekeeping, and life in general. A wonderful host. Breakfast was excellent, Barbara doing a great job in the kitchen. We found a great route from the local village by the river into Woodbridge. If you want to get away from it all this place has it.

8.0The couple who owned the property were a lovely.. jolly.. welcoming,, happy,, make you feel at home couple,, it was really nice to relax and have a catch up with them,, the room was lovely and big,, the surroundings were lovely and peacefull and there was plenty full of amounts of milk in the fridge I was quite tired when arriving.. there a really nice couple but I felt too tired to talk when arriving and dining the next day, the man woke me up ready for breakfast the next morning,, I was wondering if anyone else stayed the night before,, because the noise was coming from quite close by, there was a wasp problem that was a bit annoying,, what made it worse was the owner squishing them to death.. did notice a few hairs in the shower, not sure if it has been cleaned

10.0Len and Barbara are welcoming and engaging hosts. The breakfasts were delicious especially their home produced jams and honey.

8.0Turned up check-in was dead easy. I thought I was booking a room at a B&B but it turned out it was virtually a whole flat so very pleased and surprised. A very comfortable evening and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
