Excellent Location Request first floor room
7.0Location and owner was very helpful. As my wife was not able to climb stairs once there were no elevators the owner went out of his way to find us a location with first floor accommodations.
− No elevators to 2nd and 3rd floors. I should have paid more attention to this as my wife had issues climbing stairs from foot surgery.
One of the best bed & breakfast experiences we've had!
10.0The host was extraordinarily gracious, helpful, & welcoming, the rooms comfortable & clean, & the breakfasts were delicious & perfectly served. He shared his knowledge of the area & his desire to guide us to special sights was a wonderful plus. The late afternoon wine get together was a special treat.
− Muffins for the road please. It would have been extra nice to grab a treat for our hikes! Truly, everything was very nice.

9.0Beautifully decorated, well kept and loved. Breakfasts were delicious. Andy the host was so friendly and accommodating.
Our stay at the Thornhedge was a wonderful addition to our Maine experience!
10.0It was a perfect location for us! We were able to walk to town and the bonus was having a Catholic Church right across the street to attend daily mass while we were there! It was nice to get to know the others that were staying there at the happy hour that was provided! We would definitely stay there again!!
