Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren modern und schön eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal an der Rezeption. Esmi, Matheesha, Poorna und Druveen waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie haben sich stets viel Mühe gegeben und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns willkommen gefühlt haben.

− Leider gab es beim Frühstück deutliche Mängel. Obwohl wir ein Zimmer inklusive Frühstück gebucht hatten, wurde uns zunächst mitgeteilt, dass kein Frühstück mehr verfügbar sei, da offenbar nicht genügend vorbereitet worden war. Anschließend wurde zwar schnell improvisiert und uns etwas zu essen gebracht, allerdings entsprach die Qualität des Frühstücks nicht unseren Erwartungen. Auch der Kaffee hat uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt.

− We checked into the hotel around 10:00 PM. Upon arrival, I requested a simple birthday amenity, such as a small piece of cake, for my wife's birthday the following day. Unfortunately, the staff said it was too late to arrange anything and simply told us to purchase one from the barista. When we entered our room (Room 402), we were extremely disappointed. Although we had booked a double room, we were assigned a room with an interconnecting door.Throughout the night, we were unable to sleep because of the noise from the neighboring room, and light continuously came through the gap beneath the connecting door. The room itself was far below expectations. The hot water was not working, the tables were dusty and had dried milk stains, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bed linen looked old and worn out. The balcony was filthy, covered with crow droppings and a strong unpleasant smell, making it impossible to even open the balcony door. We requested two bathrobes, but both were provided without waist ties. The towels were old, torn, and had holes in them. Despite the booking being for two guests, the room had only one small bottle of drinking water and tea and coffee amenities for only one person. Even the toilet roll was already half used. Overall, the room felt as though it had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. Because we checked in so late, we requested a late check-out, but the request was declined, with the explanation that the hotel was fully booked. Considering the condition of the room and the overall experience, this was difficult to believe. To make matters worse, when we checked out and handed over the room key, we were asked to wait while the room was inspected before we could leave. Being asked to stand at the reception while our room was checked, in front of other guests, made us feel as though we were suspected of taking something from the room, which was both embarrassing and unprofessional.
