8.0We had a little hiccup at check in, however once we got in contact with the property owner, Paul, he ensured that we were taken care of. He was quite apologetic, paid for our dinner and upgraded us. Our overall stay was good, would definitely reserve with them again.

8.0When me and my husband finally got to the apartment it was beautiful and clean and it looked just like the pictures on Expedia. I was so happy that it was self check in because we arrived so late after check in. But the only thing that was wrong was after 7days of being there, they hadn’t came to change the linen on the bed or clean. We had to go to the lobby to get cleaning. The restaurant on the resort never had 2 things that matched. The pool was always closed for maintenance. But other than that, the driver they appointed us was so courteous and knowledgeable but pricey. It was definitely a great stay just need some work on the professionalism. Be sure to use the laundry service they were great. We will be back next year tho.

8.0I’ve always loved sandcastle. It’s the perfect location in ochi Rios to get everything you need. I rented a private room. The room was clean and spacious. Nice decor. The Ac in the living area works perfectly but the one inside the room cools for maybe 20min and then it’s just hot air. You gotta shut it off wait and turn it on again. They have a small electric stove top 2 burners..some necessary utensils like knife would be nice. Other than that it was good
